With a growing number of young minds eager to learn, the school was grappling with space constraints. Our path crossed with the school's Principal, the remarkable Dra. Edith Dalila López. Thanks to Patty Gama, a cherished member of the Komos Team who knows the school's challenges firsthand, we discovered an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Through conversations with the principal, teachers, and the parents' association, we identified their needs and aspirations. It was heartwarming to witness their willingness not only to express their requirements but also to actively participate in the creation of a classroom that would benefit their community. Mothers, dedicating precious hours of their weekends, joined hands with teachers, pouring their collective effort into crafting adobes at the Komos Foundation.
